COVID-19: New Booking Terms and Extended Cancellation Policy

First of all, we hope that you and your loved ones are doing well in these unprecedented and difficult times.
We realize that you may have concerns and worries about travelling during coronavirus, so we want to take a moment to reassure you that your health and safety remain our absolute top priority.
Taking into account the rapidly evolving COVID-19 situation, we have decided to adjust our cancellation policy in order to provide flexibility to your travel plans and help you book your cycling tour with ease of mind.

As we continue to monitor the impact of COVID–19, here are our new booking terms and conditions:

  • Only a 10% deposit is required to confirm your reservation.
  • Balance is due 15 days prior to your arrival date.
  • Cancellation is free of charge up to 15 days before the departure date.
  • If the cancellation is due to Covid-19, guests can use the deposit as credit for future trips with Sicily Biking Tours.
  • These terms apply to reservations made until May 31, 2022 for arrivals throughout the year 2022
